We all have our own inherent sense of wisdom and creativity. For many of us, and for many reasons, we lose touch with this internal sense, often leaving us feeling lost, confused, and disconnected or in conflict with ourselves and others. We find ways to help us survive, but my goal is to help you reconnect with this sense, and find ways to move out of just surviving and into more adaptive and authentic ways of connecting. I believe that creating a compassionate, direct, and supportive space is most important in reclaiming the courage it takes to witness and be witnessed in our experiences. I utilize approaches including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, sand tray, drama therapy, and expressive-based interventions to support you in regaining connection and regulation. I specialize in treating attachment and relationship issues, developmental trauma, PTSD, eating disorders/disordered eating, and mood disorders and have worked in both intensive and outpatient treatment settings.
