Allora provides mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Areas of special interest include depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, gentle/respectful parenting, ADHD, faith crisis/transitions, LGBTQIA+, self-confidence issues, and relationships. Allora believes that every person deserves a therapeutic approach tailored to their needs. She uses an integrated therapeutic approach with person-centered theory, existential theory, and motivational interviewing (MI) as her foundation while incorporating techniques and strategies from other therapeutic modalities that best fit the client’s needs. Allora has a strong sense of compassion and empathy. She demonstrates warmth and understanding while demonstrating acceptance for her clients. She provides a safe space for clients to be open so they can process their vulnerabilities. Allora is skilled in reflective listening and strives to highlight and encourage her client’s strengths. Allora is happily married with two young children. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, family outings, vacationing, playing games (board games, ping pong, pool, pickleball), and spending time with family and friends.
