Hi, my name is Tiffaney, and I am an experienced licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S). I am enthusiastic about being authentic and real with my clients to create an encouraging environment for exploration and growth. I believe in the power of choice, and my goal as a counselor is to provide support and guidance to empower you in your decisions. My focus is on progress not perfection and becoming ok with being perfectly imperfect. I operate from a EMDR, CBT and Reality Theory foundation, but I tailor my approach to meet you where you are in the moment. I am LPC-S and offering supervision of LPC-Associates. I have had the honor of collaborating with individuals from all walks of life, from individuals struggling with stress overload, to individuals with a history of severe trauma. Over the past few years, private practice has allowed me to support individuals through everyday life struggles, developmental stages, and adjusting to changes from the pandemic.
