I am Board Certified in Neurofeedback. We offer neurofeedback only in Chesterfield location. Listening to what you want to accomplish, helping you identify what stands in your way and applying the most effective methods to help you reach your goals is my primary purpose. I enjoy working with young adolescents and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and substance abuse issues. You can expect to leave the experience of counseling with a better understanding of yourself, and tools that you can implement towards a healthier you. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy to clear traumatic memory. Some of the interventions I use included cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, teaching coping skills and effective communication skills. Neurofeedback offers long lasting changes. My approach incorporates brain health, nutrition, alternative medicine including auricular acupuncture, mindfulness and meditation.
