Core Values Counseling, LLC offers play therapy for children ages 4-10, teen therapy for children 11 and up, Gottman Couples counseling, and individual and family psychotherapy. Play therapy allows children to process their world through self-directed play in a safe, emotionally validating environment. This creates in them new areas of strength, self-confidence and resilience. Adults and teens need a safe space to build on their strength and come together in relationships.
