InSync MINDZ is a group for teenagers struggling with anxiety and social skills issues. They focus on anxiety education, anxiety prevention and intervention, individual anxiety and worrying patterns, techniques for managing anxious and worrying thoughts, letting go of control and asking for help, problem solving skills and developing positive self-images.
