Picking a therapist can be a daunting task, so I’ll give you the lowdown on how I like to run things in the therapy room. However, I don’t shy away from being candid when I believe it will assist you in reaching your goals. We will work together to develop skills and strategies that will enable you to become your best self. As far as my therapeutic lens, I’ve always been a research nerd and I love to keep up with different modalities. If it's published, I’ve likely read it. So, I’m always willing to try something new. Whether that is something I discover or something you bring to the table. I have a strong background in CBT, DBT, and interpersonal neurobiology.
