As a therapist I help clients who are struggling to find their way in the world at any stage in life. All these factors, and more, affect us in different ways that can lead to feelings of isolation as we struggle to reconnect with ourselves. I have a strength-based, culturally-informed, and holistic approach to empowering client-centered care. This includes having a multiculturally-oriented approach on how cultural factors interact with mental health, and looking at how this impacts physical functioning.
