Would you like to feel more fully alive? I come from a mindfulness-based healing perspective integrating body, mind and spirit. Together we explore the "roadblocks" that all of us unknowingly put up which use up our energy, cloud our vision of our life's purpose and prevent us from having authentic, meaningful and fulfilling lives. Healing and an improved sense of well-being can happen! I have knowledge of many different techniques and tailor them to fit you and to help recovery from trauma and/or grief and loss in a way which is more result-oriented rather than relying solely on talk therapy. These techniques include Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, EFT, Life Coaching and many more. I have found that Neurofeedback can be a highly useful tool in facilitating and expediting the healing process.
