By focusing on the limbic system, mindfulness-based and grounding techniques, and body scans, as well as cognitive talk therapy, you will experience growth, self-agency, self-confidence, and healing. I have extensive experience in relationship issues, trauma (including generational trauma), anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem, and immigration related issues. I’ve also served a variety of socio-cultural populations and have become an advocate for social justice in mental health therapy.
