I specialize in working with adults experiencing stress. They may be having health problems causing anxiety and depressed feelings. In addition, many of my patients are experiencing chronic pain and I have helped them cope with reductions in pain levels from a high of 10 to as low as 1 (that was an inpatient with stage 4 cancer). My article about that case was published in Focus-the Newsletter of the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis. Currently, I only offer Virtual telemedicine sessions. As a clinical psychologist, I offer cognitive behavior therapy, hypnotherapy, stress management and psychological testing. I am also Board Certified in Neurofeedback where I help people with Migraine Headaches, attention and concentration problems as well as short term memory problems. I completed a two year post graduate program in Neuropsychology. I offer Health and Wellness Coaching to help clients prevent health problems by partnering with them to develop healthy lifestyles. I trained with the Duke University Integrative Medicine Program in Health and Wellbeing Coaching.
