I don't have a notion of an 'ideal client'; I feel things work best in therapy when there is collaboration between us as you are the expert on you. Sometimes we start a session in one place and end up somewhere very different. It's important for me to leave space for you to bring what matters to you to the session. I am best suited to working with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and crisis intervention. Are you experiencing trauma or PTSD symptoms? You may be feeling anxious or depressed.
