My aspiration is to provide options such as EMDR therapy and Micro neurofeedback to assist in your journey of healing. My goal is to give Education, Hope, and Empowerment in order to create sustainability and purpose in your life. I am EMDR Certified. My special interest involves working with Women ages 19 and older who have been diagnosed with health concerns and/or chronic pain related to anxiety/depression/trauma. I am a Certified IASIS Microneurofeeback Provider (ICP) My treatment orientation also includes but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy. I also provide treatments of Microneurofeeback. My goal is to help you find a sense of peace, strength, and vitality that will help you through life's transitions.
