Tri-MED Behavioral & Sleep Medicine is a board-certified psychiatrist and sleep medicine specialist who specializes in treating patients with all types of sleep or mental health challenges, including but not limited to insomnia, depression, ADHD/ADD, anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, and addiction. He also does assessments for patients seeking bariatric surgery. Having completed residencies in family medicine and psychiatry as well as a rigorous fellowship program in sleep medicine, Dr. Aina understands how different conditions can be connected, and believes in utilizing a holistic approach to achieve wellness. He encourages patients to consider a variety of integrative treatment protocols which may include nutrition, hormone treatments, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), IV nutrition therapy, medication management, ketamine and amino acid infusions, nutritional supplements, counseling, and spirituality. When possible, Dr. Aina’s ultimate goal is to help patients reach maximal health, without over-reliance on medicine.
