You can get in person or telehealth individual, family, or couples therapy for kids, teenagers, and adults. We offer varied approaches, such as play therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and much more. We have a teen girls nature group, LGBTQ groups, and equine assisted therapy groups! We also offer nutrition counseling with a master's level Registered Dietitian. She can help with weight loss, health concerns, overall wellness, and the food/mood connection. Only $40 for 30 min sessions! We have 900 active clients and 27 therapists! We have a lot of experience working with helpers, like therapists, first responders, teachers, veterans, and medical professionals, especially if struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. We have degrees, professional licenses, years of experience, and a passion for counseling. Our therapists accept many health insurances, and we offer a lower rate for self-pay to see graduate student interns.
