Therapy can be a great tool to help you or a loved one move toward the life you envision. In session, you will be able to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with someone who will listen judgement free. I am here for unconditional support and validation through this time of self-exploration and self-care. I utilize a strengths-based approach that considers both the client and their family system. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness based approaches in my work with children, adolescents, and adults. We will work together to strengthen the tools you already possess in order to become more resilient. I enjoy working with individuals ages 4+ who are interested in creating lasting change in their lives. Times can be challenging, but let's work together to accomplish the goals you have in mind, develop and enhance the skills you need to be resilient, and achieve the life you want to start living.
