I really enjoy working with individual, couple, and athletes to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, addiction, marriage, and communication . I utilize many different approaches tailored to your personality and strengths to build the outcome you desire. Techniques I use include Brainspotting, DBT, CBT, and the Enneagram. As long as you have breath you have purpose. There is hope in ANY thing you are dealing with. My clients enjoy that I am not judgmental, I am straight forward but laid back.
