I help clients develop coping skills that meet their individual needs to better understand themselves and the world they live in, I use behavioral techniques such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify negative thinking patterns and strive for positive behavioral changes. I also offer neurofeedback and neuro therapy to help individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
