I provide help for individuals, families & or couples to gain coping skills to help manage or decrease problematic symptoms. The initial session begins with exchanging background and history to gain information to formalize a treatment plan. Accepting clients for days, evenings, & Saturday appts. Treatment for challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma issues, phases of life, career changes, low self-esteem, Identity, abuse, relationships, blended families, irritable mood, spirituality, anger, grief & loss. It takes courage & commitment to begin the therapy process.
