I am firmly rooted in a strength based approach and believe my clients are their own experts - I am here to offer the guidance, support and tools necessary to help them along their journey. As a registered dance/movement therapist, certified yoga and meditation instructor, and neuroscience nerd, I do my best to offer an eclectic approach that fits the needs of the individual and their experience. While traditional therapy focuses on changing thoughts to address behavior I take a more holistic approach utilizing my unique training and perspective to help clients gain an understanding of their entire experience; body, mind and spirit. Sessions may include exploration through movement, art, music, meditation and more traditional verbal processing. Sometimes reaching out can be the most intimidating part, but just know, regardless of whether we end up working together or not, getting connected to one therapist can be the first step to getting connected to the right therapist for you. Please note, my practice is telehealth only and I do not offer in person sessions at this time.
