I am here to help people get out of their emotional ruts and into healing. Teens and adults struggling with school, jobs, and/or relationships are my specialty. My job is to help alleviate some of your suffering and present tools that you can use to find more satisfaction in life. This therapy is designed to get where you want to be fast. You can choose from a standard therapy hour, or a 3 hour wilderness therapy session. Wilderness sessions are 1x a month, so that people can really go to the depth needed for healing. The time is tailored to what each individual needs or likes; sculptures with natural objects, Brainspotting, side-by-side talking, etc. Not sure what works? Let's find out!
