As a professional counselor, I provide individual counseling & therapy to adolescents & adults. I treat clients the way I want to be treated, with compassion, honesty, warmth, and respect. My focus is to empower you to attain your goals and best interests. My theoretical orientation is integrative utilizing CBT, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I work with client that struggle with depression, anxiety, grief & loss. I also work with LGBT, stress management, career counseling, and EAP. I hold 30 years of experience as an employee of a major corporation. I work with adolescents and adults with behavioral issues such as ODD, CD, ADHD. The many years of employment at a major corporation allows me to render a vast amount of assistance involving many work related issues like EAP. I have taught a population of high school general education and special education students which has allowed me to develop a good rapport with adolescents.
