Christine Balletta is a psychotherapist who specializes in helping clients feel more empowered, balanced, and whole in their lives. She offers a unique combination of psychotherapy, informed by Depth Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Functional Medicine-as well as NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Brain Training-to support mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Christine has considerable experience working as a school counselor, primarily with at-risk youth and their families. As a certified Birth Educator and Doula, she has also been a student of everything related to natural health, nutrition, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum issues and parenting since her first child was born over 25 years ago. Christine is happily married and lives with her husband and daughter. She is available for individual, couples and family counseling, as well as individual childbirth education consulting and support.
