When we feel trapped in unhealthy patterns, painful relationships, or overwhelming circumstances, we lose hope that things can change. In this hopelessness we may struggle in asking for help. Everyone encounters pain, feelings of failure, and hardships, but that doesn't mean we need to suffer. Our work will aim at building awareness of emotions and thoughts, reprocessing past traumas, exploring how we connect and/or disconnect from them, and change the patterns that entrench us. My hope is to help you access healing and the development of your inner self. I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults struggling with issues that adversely impact their careers and lives. This includes challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and relationship issues. I use EMDR, A.R.T and other various therapeutic interventions to help my clients overcome obstacles.
