I primarily work with individuals, couples and non traditional relationships about sexual issues, concerns, and questions. Under this umbrella people concerned with Out of Control Sexual Behavior, Diversity of Sexual Expression, Erectile Dysfunction, Vulvodynia, Premature Ejaculation, Sexual Desires & Arousal, Sexual Assault Trauma and Recovery. Together, we create a safe space, where diversity of experience can be explored with compassion. Together, in a safe, nonjudgmental environment, we will release shame and explore your sexual, relational and gender identity. Using ACT Therapy (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, EMDR, Hypnotherapy as well as Breath Work, we can understand and process what has been keeping you from living your fullest life and give you the tools you need to heal. You are an unique individual that deserves the right to live the life you wish to lead.
