I'm Dr. Lytle from St. George, Utah. I’m also licensed in California and specialize in telehealth counseling to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This is clinical mental health counseling, not Sunday school, but understanding how our faith can help, and sometimes get in the way, can be an important part of healing. I've been a counselor for over 17 years and have been blessed with the opportunity to serve and help lift others to overcome the burdens of mental health and other challenges. Over this time I've become experienced in many clinical approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma Focused, Attachment Theory, Neurofeedback, etc) and will help find what works best for you.
