Our approach to Neurofeedback is that we all have the ability to change our lives. Many times it is not our lack of discipline or being unmotivated to change, but the fact that our brains get stuck in a cycle that does not allow us to regulate ourselves. We currently work with a wide range of individuals with issues related the Anxiety, OCD, depression, Trauma, concussions, Sports Performance-related issues as well as many others brain based issues. When the brain is in the desired state/brainwave, feedback is given to the client as a reward using sounds, visuals, or vibrations. Neurofeedback is used to regulate the brain. NF has been researched with long-lasting results in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Sports Performance, Age-related cognitive decline, and many others. With qEEG Brain Mapping, we have the ability to take a look at the brain to see how it's performing. When we identify dysregulation, we have the ability to train the brain to establish healthy brainwave patterns.
