I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals from age 6 through adulthood. I work with clients struggling with a number of issues including mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to help clients through their difficulties. I believe in meeting the client where they are at and working together as a team to meet established goals. Throughout treatment, my goal is to help you recognize your strengths and build on these to help you grow.
