I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist and board certified neurofeedback clinician with over 10 years of practice in the mental health field. I have worked with clients at many different stages and situations of life and have experience in psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, psychological testing, and neurofeedback. I have a particular interest in working with those suffering with anxiety and depression in psychotherapy and offer neurofeedback training for a variety of mental health issues, including (not limited to) ADD/ADHD, anxiety and depression. I recognize the importance of meeting each client “where they are” and without judgment. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I additionally offer neurofeedback training and am particularly passionate about the benefits of brain training.
