Enneagram informed-Have you been feeling stuck, like you can't seem to move forward and are repeating the same patterns over and over again without moving forward? We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck, frozen in fear or overwhelmed and unsure what to do next. I am here to help, identity to root and put it up so you can plant a new seed. Whether you are healing from the pain of divorce, struggling with codependency, have parenting challenges or struggling with depression or anxiety, therapy will help! I offer a warm, inviting, fun environment for you to learn and grow. I practice integrative mental health which incorporates a mindful & holistic approach that will incorporate your mind, body and spirit to maximize our time together and put all the pieces together in achieving your personal growth. I am EMDR trained for survivors of past trauma. I am an LPC supervisor and am accepting new Interns in 2023. I will be offering a BIPOC perspective.
