I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I utilize a multifaceted approach to help my clients succeed. All of my therapy is individualized to you and your needs. I enjoy helping couples with relationship issues and sexual problems as well as helping individuals with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and sexual addictions. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, and the use of EMDR and hypnotherapy, as well as various counseling techniques, such as CBT. I believe the most important component of therapy is the relationship I build with my clients. I have specialized training to help overcome traumas, grief, and sexual addictions. I have experience working with military and law enforcement clients, as well as everyday people who have experienced pain or difficulties in their lives. I am currently under supervision for certification in sex therapy. I also utilize neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, which is a powerful tool for change. As the owner of Focus Mental Health Services, we have other therapists who have special training and experience in areas such as autism, PCIT, play therapy, ADD, ADHD, attachment disorder, and learning disabilities.
