I am a licensed clinical social worker that specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and addiction. I understand that when people experience trauma or life stressors, they might struggle and need extra support. It is my passion to help people process their thoughts and feelings so that they can come to a better understanding of themselves. I know that no single approach is right for every individual, and I have been trained in a variety of modalities. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Attachment Theory, Harm Reduction, and Client-Centered Approach. In my approach, I trust that you are the expert in your truths and often simply need a sounding board to help navigate life as it happens. We are human, and feelings are as natural as any other part of our lives.
