I individualize each person and family member and believe that incorporating all members of the family is an important component in the process of therapy. My approach is direct and practical integrative and holistic. I specialize in neurofeedback treatment. Neurofeedback is an evidence based, noninvasive, drug free method of self-regulation, used to treat many diagnosis including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, chronic pain, PTSD, etc.
