Hello. (I am only seeing clients via telehealth at the moment.) In my counseling role, I see myself as a fellow traveler in your journey – someone to help you see, and use your strengths – and to help you heal, or simply to better your life. You don't have to stay stuck. And you don't have to think of yourself as broken. Everyone has obstacles in life. I practice according to a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) model, which means I think we can make changes to our thinking and actions that can have a big impact on our lives, our relationships, and the way we feel. You're welcome here, and you're accepted here. This is a safe space where you can talk about anything without judgment, and where you can develop strategies to live your most joyful and connected life.
