Life can often involve a series of setbacks, transitions, difficulties, and challenges that can cause us to feel stuck or lost. My aim is to help clients identify not only what they wish to change or problems they hope to address but also build self-acceptance and self-compassion. I have significant experience working with young adults and college-aged clients but also see adult and adolescent clients. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, identity exploration, grief/loss, or relationship concerns, I will collaborate with you to work towards your goals. Through an adaptive and collaborative approach, we'll work to address your concerns that you bring to therapy, giving space for you to reflect and improve how you think, feel, and relate. I try to incorporate practical approaches and draw from a variety of modalities, including from ACT, CBT, person-centered, and mindfulness. Irvin Yalom said, "no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence."
