Jen Mitzel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in individual and family work. She has been a Social Worker for 20 years and has worked in a variety of settings including both in-patient and out-patient therapy. Jen enjoys working with all age groups from children to geriatrics. Her therapy modalities are eclectic, some of which include play therapy, sand tray therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and neurofeedback. Jen works with children with behavioral disorders, adults and children with psychosis, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, and many other stressors. Jen chooses to empower people by helping them find their own strengths and build upon those existing positive attributes to find a place of healing.
