And I can tell you that Neurofeedback is - in my opinion - the most cutting edge technique to fast track your healing. With some benefits being seen within the first 2-6 sessions and averaging 20-30 sessions total! This is a technique that is particularly unique in that it does not require you to "do" anything other than commit to being available for consistent weekly sessions. Consistency is key here - so it is best for you to be able and willing to attend weekly sessions.
