I've been a therapist for nearly four decades, so I've learned several effective ways to help. I focus on the body as a particularly clear way to understand emotions and experiences. I'm trained in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Energy Psychology, Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety and chronic health issues.
