I love hearing people's stories and one of my greatest joys is walking with people in their every day stories to find hope, health and healing. I've heard it said that your calling finds you, you don't find it and this is true in my case. I have been sitting with people from all walks of life for over 30 years now and I have been blessed by each and every one of them. I believe each individual has the ability to heal and create the life they have always dreamed of and I am passionate about helping them get there. I have a client centered approach and I often invite laughter, creative outlets and holistic approaches into my work. I appreciate people right where they are in life and develop a judgment-free space for them to explore their pain, sorrow, regrets, trauma, transition, or to create a powerful next step strategy for future goals. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization Reprocessing), a highly effective approach in helping people get unstuck, resolve trauma and heal on a deep level. I also use Lens Neurofeedback to help optimize our brains and therefore our lives.
