My name is Laura Harper and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of mental health located in Seaford, Delaware. Through my experience as a counselor, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, attachment issues, troubles with anxiety, and depression. I have also worked with people who are living with Autism Spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and who struggle with addiction. I have received additional training in Patent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through my undergraduate experience in Psychology at Salisbury University, earning my Master’s Degree in counseling from Liberty University, and my professional continuing education experiences since graduation, I have been proud to offer competent and confident mental health services to individuals and groups in my community. My life experiences have kept me open minded, and committed to a sober, honest living guided by my Christian faith. As a therapist, I truly desire to listen carefully, speak without judgement, and lead with clarity.
