I offer a supportive relationship in a non-judgemental space and work with clients to find the right plan to meet their goals and needs. I frequently integrate EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy into my sessions as it can ultimately facilitate the healing of the mind from psychological trauma. I also offer Neurofeedback to optimize brain functioning. I believe that positive change and growth are always possible with therapeutic teamwork.
