I am a seasoned Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have extensive experience treating individuals with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, OCD, relationship and job performance issues, grief and loss. I use evidenced based treatment modalities; trained in ERP, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Interpersonal, holistic, and psychodynamic therapies. My approach is eclectic. I tailor each session to the needs of my client. I am a certified Yoga instructor, use breath work to help clients with the mind body connection and assist them to a path of improved functioning and better quality of life. I teach my clients skills to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from obtaining optimal performance, self satisfaction and peace of mind. Skills that will not only enhance functioning but ultimately improve one's quality of life. Clients report a better understand of themselves, their goals/aspirations and their capabilities. In therapy, I will provide you with a safe space to share your feelings. I will provide you with insight into your behavior and insight into the difficulties that you are confronting.
