I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation , ADHD and learning disorders. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and play therapy. I use neurofeedback which harnesses the brain's neuroplasticity and helps alter neural circuitry of your brain allowing therapy to progress faster. My approach is integrative, holistic, synergistic and educational where you participate in the process. Working with me you become self-aware and are able to maintain appropriate boundaries.
