I help individuals find ways to get unstuck, heal, and repair relationships through attachment and the creation of new and healthy patterns. I utilize research/evidence based tools found in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Gottman’s Couples Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Neurofeedback techniques.
