I have a wide array of experience with helping individuals, couples and families develop the skills necessary to successfully overcome challenges surrounding interpersonal communication, marital and relational intimacy, work/life balance, forgiveness, conflict resolution and infidelity. My background as a Junior High and High School counselor also gives me a wealth of experience from which to draw when working with families and adolescents. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make positive life changes while renewing your hope and confidence in your own ability to achieve a healthy and fun balance in all aspects of your life.
