I have devoted my life to helping people become to best versions of themselves. I provide Psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, substance misuse and behavioral issues. I believe every person deserves a tailored approach that is conducive to their healing. We are all unique and special. We have different needs, and different strengths. In session, I incorporate techniques to help clients navigate their personal struggles/challenges while also optimizing their strengths. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Christian Counseling (upon request), Neurofeedback and Biofeedback. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and practical. I am committed to supporting you in discovering your own capacity for growth and healing.
