Melissa Findley is a play therapist who specializes in helping children with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and problem behaviors. She uses play to help children explore emotions, deal with unresolved trauma, and learn new coping mechanisms to redirect inappropriate behaviors. She also offers PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) for children 7 and under and their caregivers. Melissa's goal is to allow children a safe place to come and express themselves freely, and with guidance and support allow them to heal and grow in their emotional development, improve their relationships, and become successful in all areas of their lives.
