Michelle Baldwin is a results-oriented therapist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and developmental trauma. She has eighteen years of experience working in inpatient settings (children's hospital, children's residential, diagnostic setting, and women's prison), as well as experience working at an outpatient counseling center in the college setting. Baldwin specializes in trauma and healing through the use of tapping, EMDR, cognitive therapy, and dialectic behavior therapy. Baldwin has also learned to use bilateral stimulation (tapping) to help build confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth. Baldwin has helped adults, students, and children benefit from her therapy approach, with better sleeping, less anxiety, less emotional charge on bad memories, and success in their personal and professional life.
