Michiana Neuroscience provides direct full-service psychology and psychiatry care in contracted facilities for acute rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care in 26 facilities and hospitals. We also offer outpatient services at our corporate headquarters. We focus upon neuropsychological testing to inform optimal psychiatry intervention. We have board certified psychiatry practitioners for medication management given diagnostic data from Neurocognitive and Psychological Testing. We are very busy please email treatment requests at this time but we are accepting emails for medication management by psychiatry as well. Our mission is a patient and facility focused approach, with heavy utilization and consultation with other providers, facility staff and family, for optimal continuity of care. We provide mostly diagnostic services at present, other than in our contracted facilities, where we utilize empirically validated treatment approaches.
