I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and patient in help the patient gain perspective on the issues in their lives. Therapy is a working partnership that helps clients grow, heal, and prosper. Because people are so complex, we utilize the holistic integrative approach, an approach which utilizes multiple modalities that are best suited to the client's individual needs. By doing an in-depth interview and gathering important information, we can develop and appropriate treatment plan tailored to the client's individual needs.
